Provided by DHU Healthcare’s CYP Mental Health Triage and Navigation Service, their team of clinicians and support staff assess referrals from GPs and other health professionals to support the needs of young people in relation to their emotional wellbeing and mental health.

‘My Self-Referral’ is a simple and confidential way to self-refer for support without needing to see a GP or healthcare professional.

 

Once they decide which service they think best meets your needs, you will get a letter to let you know. This could be a referral to an NHS service, or they may tell you how you can access other types of help, such as free online counselling or through a voluntary organisation.
